She advises on both in-court and out-of-court restructuring and insolvency proceedings, assisting debtors, creditors and financial institutions with debt restructuring transactions and distressed situations.

She oversees matters through all phases, from the preliminary analysis of the debt situation to identify the most appropriate procedure or legal instrument for crisis management – including the negotiation of moratorium agreements, standstill agreements and financing contracts to grant new finance or bridge finance – up to the subsequent management of the procedure or restructuring process.

Giada also has experience in corporate and structured finance transactions, including corporate lending, project finance and security packages.
