She has extensive experience in the energy and infrastructure sector, where she has worked on projects involving renewable energy, power generation, transport and social infrastructure. She also assists clients with financing aspects of M&A deals across various industries.

Representative matters

RAJA Group, Europe's leading multichannel distributor of supplies and equipment for businesses, on the conclusion of an agreement with Aurelius to acquire the Viking business operations, including the Office Depot Europe operating business, in seven European countries.

Bolloré SE on its potential divestment of 100% of Bolloré Africa Logistics (BAL), comprising all the transport and logistics activities of the Bolloré Group in Africa, to MSC Mediterranean Shipping Company SA (MSC) on the basis of an enterprise value, net of minority interests, of EUR5.7bn.

The banking syndicate (arrangers, lenders and hedging banks) on the setting up of a new EUR1.2 billion financing in Europe for Phoenix Tower International.
