Gabriel represents clients in complex commercial disputes and investigations, with experience in white collar litigation, as well as cyber incident response, data privacy protection, and cyber compliance.

Gabriel is a litigation and investigations associate in A&O Shearman’s New York City office. Gabriel supports clients across a range of industries on complex litigation, regulatory investigations, as well as cybersecurity incident response and compliance advisory.

Gabriel earned his J.D. from Howard University School of Law, where he served as Executive Notes and Comments Editor for the Howard Civil Rights Law Review, a mediator with the EEOC, and Arbitration associate at the International Center for Investment Disputes. 

In 2025, Gabriel spent seven months on secondment at Barclays, working with their cross-jurisdictional Cyber Legal team.
