Fyrone studied Dutch law and Dutch tax law at VU University of Amsterdam. He started his career in 2018 and joined the firm in 2022 after spending 4 years at another law firm in Amsterdam. Fyrone is a member of the Dutch Bar Association and the Dutch Tax Advisor’s Association.
Fyrone specialises in Dutch and international tax law. He has a strong focus on transactional and tax planning work including in relation to cross-border M&A, corporate restructurings and the tax aspects of corporate lending, asset backed financing and other structured finance transaction.
