Frédérique Jacobse

Frédérique is a member of the Banking department in Amsterdam specialising in bank lending transactions, and in 2011 she joined the Projects and Real Estate team.
Her practice over recent years includes project finance, syndicated lending and acquisition finance transactions. She has acted for both banks and borrowers and on domestic and cross-border deals. Her bank/financial institution clients include ABN AMRO, ING, Rabobank and FMO, the Dutch Development Bank. Frédérique spent six months on secondment with the loan syndications team at ABN AMRO in Amsterdam. She graduated from University College London (BSc. Economics) in 1994 and Cambridge University (BA Law) in 1996. Frédérique qualified as a solicitor in England and Wales in 1999. She speaks fluent Italian, English and Dutch.
