Pacific Equity Partners on its AUD252m acquisition of ASX-listed healthcare business Healthia by scheme of arrangement.

Crescent Capital on its acquisition of Pinnacle Rehab, a workplace rehabilitation provider in New South Wales.

INPEX, in relation to proceedings in the Supreme Court of Western Australia proceedings commenced against CAR and EAR insurers, seeking in the order of AUD $3 billion in recovery under relevant insurance policies in respect of damage to certain paint and insulation on the Ichthys LNG Plant.

Assisting with advising Street Child in relation to supporting advocacy activities as part of the South Asian Assessment Alliance Volunteering at the Salvation Army Beacon facility through the Restorative Life Program to assist people experiencing homelessness preparing for job interviews and making a good first impression
