Francesca's activity primarily focuses on personal data protection.

She regularly advises international and Italian companies on data protection compliance programmes under both the EU and Italian legislation and in matters relating to artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, and in relation to the compliance requirements set forth by the NIS2 Directive. Francesca assisted on cross-border projects and multi-jurisdictional data transfer as well as on various due diligence activities.

She also focuses on matters concerning the management of employees' personal data, including the implementation of whistleblowing programmes, the analysis of instruments allowing remote monitoring of employees and the conduct of defensive investigations.
