Flora has experience in a range of asset-backed financing and capital management transactions and advises across the spectrum of debt capital markets, including convertible and exchangeable bond issues, ESG bonds (green/sustainable bonds and sustainability-linked bonds) and liability management transactions (consent solicitations and tender offers).
Flora joined the firm in 2020 after graduating with distinction from King’s College London.
