Flavia’s practice focuses on real estate law.

She advises Italian and international clients, including companies, institutional investors, asset management companies, investment banks and funds, on domestic and cross-border real estate transactions of any kind (e.g. acquisitions, disposals, developments, sale and leaseback, management of real estate assets).

Flavia’s activities include drafting and negotiating various types of corporate and civil agreements, such as construction agreements, commercial leases, and fund rules, as well as handling complex due diligence processes. Additionally, she provides assistance on real estate-related corporate and regulatory matters, including the establishment of companies, and the set-up of investment funds.

Experience

Representative matters

  • Tikehau Capital on the acquisition of five Unicoop Tirreno retail assets for a total value of EUR37 million;
  • A JV operating in the student housing sector between Kayne Anderson Real Estate and Kinetic Capital, in innovative and complex senior financing transactions, aimed at supporting the development of two new student housing projects in Milan;
  • Realterm on the acquisition of IOS facility in Verona;
  • A leading Italian real estate asset manager on the acquisition of a residential real estate complex in Milan, in the Maggiolina neighborhood;
  • Tristan Capital Partners on the acquisition of a 150,000 sqm portfolio of five assets located in Emilia Romagna and Northern Italy owned by the COOP group.
