Felix advises on all national and international tax matters with a special focus on M&A transactions, financings and the restructuring of national and multinational enterprises.
Prior to joining A&O Shearman in 2025, Felix spent over three years in the international and transaction tax practice of a Big Four accounting firm, where he advised on complex cross-border tax matters and international M&A transactions.

  • A global financial institution on an up to EUR 1.4 billion term bridge facility supporting Persistent Systems Limited’s proposed acquisition of Frankfurt-listed Nagarro SE.
  • Deutsche Pfandbriefbank AG on a SRT transaction with Oaktree involving a U.S. loan portfolio of approximately USD 2 billion.
  • NORD Holding on the sale of all inclusive Fitness Group, with an enterprise value of over EUR 500 million, to a single-asset continuation fund.
  • Deutsche Beteiligungs AG on the acquisition of MAIT Group, an IT service provider in the DACH region with revenues of more than EUR 200 million, from 3i Group plc.
