Felicia’s practice focuses on M&A, private equity and growth capital transactions. As part of her broader APAC practice, Felicia focuses on cross-border transactions involving Singapore, Indonesia and Vietnam.

Felicia regularly advises asset managers, sovereign wealth funds, private equity houses, corporates, growth companies and financial institutions across a variety of different industry sectors, including consumer, real estate, tech, financial services and infrastructure.

Felicia has also spent time on secondment at a global financial institution.
