She has acted for a variety of sponsors, borrowers and lenders on multiple domestic and cross-border transactions. Fei An joined A&O Shearman in 2025 after graduating from the Erasmus University Rotterdam with a master’s degree in Company Law and the Bar and Bench Programme.
