Faye is experienced advising on a variety of domestic and multi-jurisdictional projects acting for clients on large scale developments, corporate acquisitions and disposals of real estate assets, real estate joint ventures and financings in both the UK and the MENA region.

Faye also has considerable experience in the hospitality sector and regularly advises on hotel and leisure transactions.

  • Emirates Global Aluminium on a strategic initiative involving the transfer of a 3.1 GW power plant and associated infrastructure to TAQA and DUBAL Holding and the establishment of long-term land-rights frameworks enabling operation and grid connection.
  • Oaktree Capital’s debt facility to Kuwait-based Arzan Investment Management for the financing of a UAE hospitality platform with circa USD 400,000,000 in assets to date.
  • Elevate, a portfolio company backed by Rava Partners in collaboration with Alta Capital, on the acquisition and leaseback of two schools in Dubai.
  • Mubadala on the sale of the ADGM holding vehicle for four office towers in the ADGM for a total consideration of AED 4.2 billion.
  • TECOM Group on its pre-IPO reorganisation and listing on the Dubai Financial Market.
     

Pro bono

  • Pro Bono secondment in Greece with European Lawyers in Lesvos (ELIL) who provide free, independent legal assistance to refugees– 2024.
  • Project lead for report on women’s rights in Iraq for Women for Women International – 2024.
  • CRISIS at Christmas volunteer.
