Faye is experienced advising on a variety of domestic and multi-jurisdictional projects acting for clients on large scale developments, corporate acquisitions and disposals of real estate assets, real estate joint ventures and financings in both the UK and the MENA region.

Faye also has considerable experience in the hospitality sector and regularly advises on hotel and leisure transactions.

Orion Capital Managers on the development and leasing of 556,000 square feet of mixed-use space to include HSBC’s new global HQ at Panorama St Pauls, City of London.

Mubadala on the sale of the ADGM holding vehicle for four office towers in the ADGM for a total consideration of AED4.2 billion (USD 1.17 billion).

TECOM Group on its IPO and listing on the Dubai Financial Market.

Leasing of 226,000 square feet of office space to Blackstone for its new European HQ in Mayfair’s Berkeley Square.

Mubadala on its development agreement with US-based National Resilience, Inc. a technology-focused manufacturing company dedicated to broadening access to complex medicines, to construct and operate a state of the art biopharma manufacturing facility in the UAE.
