Fanni Farizs
With experience in both the Hungarian and Luxembourg markets, Fanni advises on a wide range of banking and finance matters, including fund financing, general corporate lending, leveraged finance and real estate finance, with particular emphasis on fund and real estate finance transactions.

Fanni`s practice spans a diverse client base across jurisdictions, from leading financial institutions to prominent private equity firms and asset managers including corporate clients. She acts for both lenders and sponsors, and a significant part of her practice involves advising on the Luxembourg aspects of cross-border transactions.

Prior to joining the Luxembourg office, Fanni worked in the Budapest office of A&O Shearman.
