Fabio has significant experience advising financial institutions, private capital providers, and corporate clients on public and private securitisation transactions, including direct lending, loan syndication through securitisation SPVs and securitisations of real estate-backed receivables.
He also assists clients in transactions involving the acquisition and financing of distressed exposures, liquidity and capital relief securitisations, asset-backed financing, and inventory financing.
