His practice mainly focuses on public offerings and private placements of bonds, including exchangeable, equity-linked and high yield bonds, as well as commercial papers and EMTN programmes establishment and update.
 
He also has experience in structured finance, having assisted clients in relation to covered bond programmes and securitization transactions across different asset classes.
