Erin focuses on white collar and anti-corruption enforcement, representing domestic and foreign corporates, individuals, and financial institutions.

She has experience with federal and state government investigations, internal investigations, cross-border litigation, transactional due diligence, and compliance risk assessments. Erin has led complex and cross-border US regulatory, criminal, and internal investigations. She also assists clients with issues relating to application of federal and state political laws.

Erin’s recent experience includes advising on multi-jurisdictional investigations of corruption, fraud, and anti-competitive behavior. She has represented individuals, corporates, and financial institutions facing investigation by the US Department of Justice, the Securities and Exchange Commission, the Commodity Futures Trading Commission, the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, and state regulators. Erin has led investigations focused in various jurisdictions, particularly in relation to conduct in multiple APAC and LATAM countries, and is experienced in handling issues relating to cross-border data collection. Erin also has experience supporting clients’ compliance training initiatives.
