Erica advises clients on cybersecurity, data privacy, and technology transactions issues with a focus on regulatory compliance and investigations, incident response, and strategic transactions.
She applies her knowledge of international, federal, and state privacy and cybersecurity laws to help organizations develop, assess, and maintain compliant privacy and information security programs. Erica also represents clients in connection with security incidents – supporting investigative efforts, assessing and mitigating compliance risks, and engaging with regulators.

With a prior career as a banking professional and prior roles as in-house counsel, Erica provides clients across diverse industries—including financial services, gaming, healthcare, and life sciences— with practical and business-forward guidance. She has a wide range of experience counseling clients on data protection and cyber risk considerations in the context of licensing, outsourcing, and strategic transactions, such as M&A. Erica is also skilled in drafting and negotiating commercial agreements with tailored data use, privacy, and cyber provisions.
