He regularly acts for financial institutions and corporate clients on the drafting and negotiation of offering and transaction documentation, including STS and non-STS warehouse structures. Enzo has contributed to multi-jurisdictional projects involving regulatory capital and ESG-linked debt instruments. In addition to his transactional practice, Enzo has experience in securities litigation, including in relation to interpretation of fallback provisions and enforcement matters.
