She works with banks and asset managers on a wide range of matters, including subscription lines, NAV and hybrid facilities.

She is Luxembourg qualified and has worked for five years and a half years in fund finance and real estate finance in Luxembourg before moving to London.

Representative matters

  • A leading Luxembourg-based bank on the preparation of standard loan equity bridge finance documentation.
  • The lenders in relation to a hybrid loan facility to a direct lending fund of a leading private credit manager focussing investments in the B2B, B2C, energy, financial services, healthcare, information technology, and materials and resources sectors.
  • The lenders in connection with a delayed draw facility for a special purpose vehicle incorporated in the Cayman Islands by private equity funds investing in financial services, healthcare, industrial, retail, consumer and leisure, and technology, media, and telecom and secured by an equity commitment letter issued by those funds.
  • A real estate fund of a global financial institution in respect of a EUR200 million single asset NAV facility.
