She has worked on a variety of pensions transactions including enhanced transfer value exercises, buy-ins, mergers, transfers to master trust and changes of administrator. Emma also advises on the pensions aspects of corporate transactions.
Emma has spoken at industry conferences and training events. She has also completed a six-month secondment to the Legal Services team at the Pensions Regulator.
Emma advises trustees and employers on all aspects of pensions law, including regulatory compliance, pensions issues arising on business restructurings, liability management, and de-risking.
