Elizabeth has experience of a wide range of corporate transactions including private acquisitions and disposals, joint ventures, strategic investments, equity issues and initial public offerings. 
Elizabeth completed a secondment to Ruffer LLP in 2024.


Representative matters

Peloton on its USD 420m acquisition of the Precor business from Amer Sports.

Wren House Infrastructure on the sale of its stake in Thames Water to USS.

Zenobe on its GBP 870m funding round, led by KKR and Infracapital.

Pro bono

Elizabeth completed a secondment to Warsaw in 2022 to advise Ukrainian refugees, following the Russian invasion of Ukraine.
