Elizabeth advises public and private companies on executive compensation, employee benefits, and employment law, with a practical, business oriented approach.

She works on the design and disclosure of equity and cash based compensation programs, aligns employment and separation arrangements with governance and market expectations, and assists clients with day to day matters. 

Elizabeth counsels issuers on compensation related disclosure and compliance and advises on the employment and benefits dimensions of mergers and acquisitions, conducting employment related diligence, negotiating key documents, and harmonizing post closing compensation and HR policies across U.S. and cross border operations.
