Elizabeth’s experience encompasses a wide range of capital markets transactions including debt capital markets, derivatives and structured finance.
In particular she advises on structured note, warrant and certificate programmes and issuances over a broad base of asset classes, (including credit, commodities, equities, indices and funds), repackaging and bespoke indices, as well as having advised on LIBOR transition and remediation projects. Elizabeth works with major international financial institutions across multiple jurisdictions.
