Elisabeth’s practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring transactions, corporate governance and the provision of general advice on several corporate law matters on a regular basis. She holds a Law Degree from Universitat Pompeu Fabra as well as a Master’s Degree in International Transactional Law from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid. She is a member of the Madrid Bar Association. Prior to joining Allen & Overy in 2022, Elisabeth worked as a corporate lawyer at an international law firm in Madrid.
