Eileen Loebig

Senior Associate

Eileen advises and represents clients in national and international arbitration proceedings, in disputes before state courts and in alternative dispute resolution processes.

She focuses on construction and energy disputes as well as complex commercial and post-M&A disputes. Eileen regularly advises and represents clients in ICC, DIS and ad hoc arbitrations. Furthermore, she has particular expertise in private international and international procedural law.

Eileen acts for clients from different sectors, including industrial, technology and retail, and regularly advises clients on cross-border disputes.
