Eileen advises on a wide range of leveraged finance and international capital markets transactions, with an emphasis on high yield bonds, including domestic and cross-border leveraged financings, debt restructurings and liability management exercises.
She regularly investment banks as well as private equity sponsors and corporate issuers for credits in a variety of industries, including infrastructure, industrials, oil & gas, retail and leisure.
