Edward acts on significant data incidents involving multi jurisdictional notification, forensic coordination and stakeholder engagement. He advises on privacy compliance and regulatory strategy, as well as technology transactions, outsourcing and vendor risk. He also advises on emerging issues at the intersection of data, AI and cybersecurity.

Edward has been named a Leading Associate in the Data Protection and Cyber Security category by The Legal 500 Asia Pacific Hong Kong Guide 2026. He was previously recognized as a Rising Star in 2024 in the same category.

In 2025, Edward spent five months on secondment at an international bank with the Cyber Legal team.
