Eduardo De la Paz


Eduardo advises on a vast variety of regulatory and public law matters including planning and zoning, energy, environment, transport and infrastructures, foreign direct investments, public procurement, and contentious-administrative and administrative procedures.
He has worked extensively advising both international and national companies on cross-boarder transactions and domestic procedures followed before the Spanish Courts.

Abu Dhabi Ports Group on the acquisition of 100 % of the shares of Noatum, a global integrated logistics platform with presence in 26 countries, for EUR 600M.

FCC Group on the sale of 25% of its environmental subsidiary to CPPIB for EUR 1,000M.
