His experience includes advising on internal disciplinary and grievance processes, investigations and sanctions, litigation and dispute resolution, redundancy processes, TUPE, corporate transactions and whistleblowing.
Prior to joining A&O Shearman, Eamonn was an Associate in the employment team of a leading Irish law firm in Dublin.
Eamonn has experience advising clients, in both the public and private sphere from a wide range of sectors, on all aspects of the employment relationship including contentious, advisory and transactional matters.
