Dylan is an Australian Law qualified lawyer with experience working on domestic and cross-border financing and commercial transactions, including structured and corporate financing transactions, project financing transactions relating to natural resources and mining projects, and general advisory work.
Dylan also has experience working on domestic and cross-border M&A transactions for publicly listed and unlisted entities, equity capital raisings, and corporate advisory matters including regulatory compliance in relation to the Australian foreign investment policy and legislation.

Representative matters

  • Pilbara Minerals Ltd on its A$1bn senior secured revolving facility with a global financial institution as Agent and a syndicated of lenders.
  • Fortescue Shipping Singapore Pte Ltd on its USD274m syndicated loan facility with ING Bank N.V., Bank of America and DBS Bank Ltd secured over 8 very large ore carrying vessels. The facility was used to exercise the purchase option under Fortescue’s sale and leaseback arrangements with CDB Leasing. We also acted on the completion of the purchase of the 8 vessels and reflagging under Singapore flag.

Pro bono

MIFWA on advice in relation to changing its legal structure from being an incorporated association to a company limited by guarantee
