Dwiky received a S.H. (Bachelor of Laws) from the Faculty of Law, Universitas Tarumanagara in 2018, where he was awarded as the top 1% of Class 2018 and an LL.M. (Master of Laws) from the University of Chicago Law School in 2025, where he was an awardee of the Lembaga Pengelola Dana Pendidikan (Indonesia Endowment Fund for Education) scholarship from the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia.
