Duy Anh has assisted in a wide range of commercial and corporate finance transactions including syndicated loans, private equity deals and restructuring as well as international capital markets.
He has also assisted in arbitration matters, including a number of anti-trust matters, and has experience of drafting and negotiating transaction documents. Prior to joining A&O Vietnam, Duy worked as a legal professional in A&O’s Legal Services Centre in Belfast.
