Dumnern has broad corporate and both civil and criminal litigation experience and is considered one of the leading experts on Thai bankruptcy, rehabilitation laws, telecommunications and Administrative Court law.
Dumnern has advised a variety of clients on legal and commercial matters and has represented clients in various litigation and arbitration disputes. With reference to telecommunications law, Dumnern is involved in matters that pertain to regulatory frameworks, negotiating and drafting of commercial contracts for the provision of telecoms services, telecoms infrastructure agreements, concession agreements, and software licensing.
