Dorothée has extensive experience in various fields of corporate law matters, in particular, within the field of stock corporation law, private mergers and acquisitions, public mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and capital market law with a focus on insider law.
Dorothée advises a wide range of domestic and international well-known clients, including major corporates. She regularly acts on high-profile and complex transactions across various sectors including energy, communications and media, private capital, tourism, insurance and technologies. She very much enjoys working closely with boards, senior management teams, legal teams and investor relation teams.
