She intervenes both in advice and in litigation, notably on the employment law aspects of mergers and acquisitions, restructuring and major reorganisation projects.

She also regularly manages day-to-day labor relations, including interactions with employee representative bodies, conducting internal investigations, as well as collective redundancies, termination procedures, senior executive departures and the implementation of complex remuneration packages.

Throughout her training as a lawyer, Diane has worked within leading French and international business law firms. She is fluent in French and English.
