Dennis’s breadth of expertise in executing firm-wide inclusion initiatives includes collaborating closely with leadership to build inclusive policies and practices to foster a workplace where all can belong and have opportunities to excel.  He works to identify barriers to opportunity in the recruitment, retention, development, and promotion of the firm’s lawyers and business teams, while working with all of the firm’s constituencies to drive awareness and engagement within the firm’s wide range of communities. A former attorney, Dennis practiced as a litigator in a major international law firm serving clients in technology, media, and the life sciences.
