Delphine Holemans

Delphine specialises in white-collar crime litigation and investigations.
She advises clients on criminal and regulatory risks across a broad range of areas, including fraud, bribery and corruption, money laundering, and environmental crime. She regularly represents clients before the Belgian courts.
 
Delphine is a member of the Brussels Bar and holds a certificate authorising her to assist clients during criminal interrogations. In addition to her commercial practice, she is also committed to pro bono work, with a particular focus on international criminal law.

  • Advising Cyrus R. Vance Center for International Justice on a comparative legal research project aimed at strengthening the international framework for recognizing and ensuring reparations for victims of corruption.
