David specialises in securities law, banking and debt capital markets regulation. 

David also advises on listing and admission to trading of securities on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange and any on-going obligations deriving from such listings.

David is the Chairman of the NPL Directive Task Force of the Luxembourg Capital Markets Association (LuxCMA), Co-Chairperson of the Securitisation Committee of the Association of the Luxembourg Fund Industry(ALFI), as well as a member of the Securitisation Finance Working Group within the LuxCMA. David is also part of the Dedicated Securitisation Task Force of the European Banking Federation.

He joined the firm in 2021.
