He has a wide range of experience advising sponsors, project companies, governments, lenders and ECAs on various PPP, energy projects, concessions, corporate and project finance transactions across Africa, Europe and the Middle East.
David is qualified in England & Wales, and has spent time on secondment in the Dubai office. He is fluent in English and Swahili.
