His current practice involves advising financial institutions, asset managers and multinational corporations on high-value transactions, cross-border financings and enforcements.

Previously, David gained experience in regulatory banking matters, including CRD/CRR compliance, credit institution licencing applications and provided payment services related advice to FinTechs.
