He is a recognized expert in fintech regulation and securities law and has a proven track record in securing regulatory approvals and guiding cross-border expansion strategies. 

He has served as General Counsel at leading fintech companies, where he led critical regulatory projects, including obtaining investment firm and crypto custody licenses and navigating complex AML compliance frameworks. His expertise spans across developing legal structures for securities trading, structured products, and digital wallets. 

Dang regularly advises C-suite executives, boards, and compliance teams on strategic regulatory matters, risk management, and operational compliance across the UK and EU markets.
