Since joining A&O Shearman, Daisy has advised and supported a range of regulated firms including retail and wholesale banks, asset managers, and fintechs on their challenges arising from regulatory change or scrutiny. This includes supporting clients with priority change and compliance initiatives relating to governance and oversight arrangements, risk culture and the SMCR.
 
Daisy has supported numerous clients on enhancing their risk culture and controls arrangements in line with regulatory expectations, having advised on and delivered both Board-level and firm-wide transformation programmes. She is also experienced at designing and facilitating training on DEI, misconduct and the SMCR, having delivered numerous employee training sessions and workshops for both corporate and financial services firms.
 
Daisy also has strong project management skills, having coordinated several complex and global programmes for clients, and holds a Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (CISI) Level 3 Certificate in Global Financial Compliance.
