He has a broad range of experience in corporate law issues, including general corporate advice, corporate restructurings and mergers and acquisitions. Daan became part of the firm in 2024 after finishing his studies at the University of Utrecht.

He is a member of the Royal Society of Civil Law Notaries (de Koninklijke Notariële Beroepsorganisatie).
