Cyro specialises in dispute resolution, handling corporate and commercial litigation as well as white collar defense.

Cyro handles a broad range of disputes spanning from corporate and commercial litigation, before both state courts and arbitral tribunals, to white collar defense.

In addition, he has assisted clients from a broad range of sectors with internal investigations into breaches of financial and other regulations, fraud and workplace misconduct, including in the framework of ongoing regulatory investigations. 

Cyro also advises on international sanctions, both in a transactional and litigation context.

  • A multinational telecommunications company against claims by FourWorld Capital following the telecommunications company’s take-private of Telenet.
  • A multinational construction group as a defendant in criminal trial involving claims of public bribery and forgery in the context of a multimillion dollar project in a foreign jurisdiction.
