Constantin Beytout

Senior Associate

Constantin specializes in domestic and European insurance transactional and regulatory law.

He mainly advises traditional insurance professionals (insurers, reinsurers, intermediaries, bancassurance institutions) and Insurtechs on all their insurance issues (life and non-life), particularly in relation to Solvency 2 regulations, but also on all types of issues relating to the distribution of insurance and reinsurance products, particularly with respect to IDD regulations. 

Constantin primarily provides strategic advisory services in the context of mergers and acquisitions and more generally restructuring transactions, both national and cross-border, and usually assists them in the structuring, legal and compliance review as well as the distribution of their insurance products. 

He also assists them in their relationships, regulatory and/or disciplinary procedures with their supervisory authorities (ACPR, ORIAS).
