She advises French and international companies as well as investment funds in connection with their M&A transactions, partnerships and joint ventures. She has developed a particular expertise in the Consumer & Retail sector, with significant involvement in recent years in the luxury, lifestyle and technology sectors. She also handles complex domestic and cross-border reorganisations as well as corporate governance matters.
 
Claudia is also an active member of the Pro-Bono, Inclusion and Innovation committees of the A&O Shearman Paris Office.
