Claudia has experience advising clients on a wide range of corporate transactions, including international M&A, equity financing, joint ventures, growth and venture capital investments and general corporate advisory work. She advises domestic and international investment funds, founders and/or corporate investors in their acquisition and fund-raising transactions. She is also an active member of the Pro-Bono committee and the Innovation committee of the Paris Office.
