Claudia advises on a wide range of corporate law with a strong focus on M&A transactions (including auctions, bilateral transactions, joint ventures and exits) on either sell- and buy-side.

She has extensive experience in large and complex cross-border/multi-jurisdictional reorganisations, in particular in the banking, finance and regulated industries sector, and including multiple instruments, transaction structurings and legal regimes.

Claudia works with major international clients across jurisdictions and in multiple sectors including industrial corporations, strategic as well as private equity investors and banks.

Avenga, an international IT service provider and consulting group and a portfolio company of Oaktree, on the acquisition of Ukrainian-based Perfectial Group.

CropEnergies AG, the leading European producer of renewable ethanol, on the delisting acquisition offer from Südzucker AG.

Multiple international/global financial institutions (including Japanese banks) on their business reorganisations, involving cross-border asset deal structurings as well as cross-border mergers, hive-downs/split-off transactions as well as establishment and closures of branches and transfer of branch business operations.
