She has been involved in both international and national transactions, mergers and acquisitions, due diligence, and project finance in relation to the regulatory aspects and Foreign Direct Investments.

She has also advised on data protection, privacy and cybersecurity matters in various transactions, mergers and acquisitions, due diligence, assessing regulatory compliance and drafting reports, contracts and clauses related to data protection.

Abu Dhabi Ports Group on the acquisition of 100 percent ownership of Noatum, a global integrated logistics platform with a presence in 26 countries, for EUR660m.

Intermediate Capital Group PLC, on its partnership with Uriach supporting the acquisition of leading French pharmaceutical company Laboratoires INELDEA, for EUR 250m.

Pro bono

Social and educational volunteering at the Parroquia Virgen de la Providencia.
