Claire advises corporate trustees and agents on the full range of debt capital markets and loan transactions across product, sector and geography.
Her product experience includes advising on CLOs, fund financings, securitisations (including MBS, ABS and whole business), structured finance, project finance, leveraged and acquisition finance, loan agency and international bond issuances (including debut, standalone and tap). She has also advised trustees on the exercise of their discretion, consent solicitations, defaults, restructurings and the unwind of bond structures. Claire also advises clients on large scale projects, often technology aided, related to regulatory compliance, large scale novation exercises and other market events (such as LIBOR discontinuation).
